Tesla Model 3 traveled 2781 km in 24 hours in real conditions


When we talk about electric cars a very common but wrong rumor is that they only work well for city routes, but not for large journeys. Recent times have shown the opposite. Tesla, thanks to its network of Superchargers, has made it clear that with the right infrastructure it is possible to travel anywhere without problems and without recharging worries.

The record obtained by the well-known Youtuber and electric car expert Bjørn Nyland, who traveled 2,781 km in 24 hours, demonstrates that a fast recharging network can allow everyone to travel in electric.

The record was obtained in Germany by exploiting the IONITY recharging network which offers recharging powers even higher than those of the Superchargers. Furthermore, the test was obtained under real conditions. For the occasion, a German Tesla Model 3 Long Range was chosen at high speeds (around 170 km / h).
