eCooltra launches a new electric bike-sharing service

Cooltra has launched a new electric bike-sharing service in Barcelona, Spain. Bicycles can be rented by the minute via the eCooltra app. For the launch, the company offers a promotion of 5 euros discount for all trips.

From this week, Barcelona has a fleet of 300 eCooltra bicycles, which will grow in the coming months to have more than 600 electric bikes.

The shared mobility app is the same as the motorcycle sharing app. That is, through it, you can rent motorcycles and bikes. The difference between both services is that to drive an eCooltra electric bicycle it is not necessary to have a driving license, although you must be of legal age. The price of this service is the same as that of electric motorcycles, 0.24 euros per minute.
