The first Peugeot e-208 are out

Expected in autumn 2019, according to an article in "The Slovak Spectator", the first copy of Peugeot e-208 left the production line of the PSA plant in Trnava on Wednesday, March 27, 2019.

Peugeot officially unveiled the new 208 in late February.

The Peugeot e-208 is almost identical to the model equipped with an internal combustion engine. The Peugeot 208 electric car has an overall length of 4.055 m and a width of 1.75 m.

The US manufacturer Proterra has presented its latest battery-electric bus, the ZX5 . It is available in two lengths with10.7 meters and 12.2 meters with 29 and 40 seats. The larger model can be equipped with battery capacities of up to  660 kWh, which should enable a maximum range of 526 kilometres .The smaller version can be equipped with battery capacities of up to 440 kWh.
